As we are a small family operated store, we do not provide returns or refunds for changes of mind, if you contact us within 24 hours of placing the order we are more than happy to make changes. Please contact info@SproutandSteel.com.

Damages and issues
We quality check every product that is sent out to our lovely customers, however if an item does arrive and it is damaged, please contact us on info@SproutandSteel.com and we will organise a replacement.
