    1. What materials are your products made from?

    All of our products are made from food grade 304 stainless steel and LFGB/FDA grade silicone.

    2. Are your products BPA-free and plastic-free?

    Yes—no BPA, PVC, phthalates, or microplastics.

    3. Is stainless steel safe for babies?

    Yes! Stainless steel is non-toxic and does not leach chemicals. 

    4. Why choose stainless steel over plastic or bamboo?

    We chose stainless steel over other materials as it does not contain microplastics. Its much longer lasting and doesn't absorb smells/colours or odours. 

    5. Is the silicone safe for babies?

    Yes—any silicone used in our products is high-quality, food-grade and free from BPA, PVC and phthalates. It’s also heat resistant and designed for everyday use with little ones.

    Wherever possible, we’ve chosen stainless steel for the surfaces that touch your child’s food and drink. This is because stainless steel doesn’t absorb odours or flavours and is known for its long-term durability. We use silicone thoughtfully for features like grip, suction and the lids, where it performs best.

    6. Are the plates/bowls non-slip?

    Both the plates and bowls have suctions bases and work best on clean flat surfaces. We will be bringing out a non-suction range in the future, keep an eye out...

    7. Are they microwave and dishwasher safe?

    The silicone sleeves are microwave safe but do not put the stainless steel in the microwave. All of our products are dishwasher safe. 

    9. Why is stainless steel better for the environment?

    Stainless steel is incredibly durable—designed to handle drops, daily use, and years of wear without cracking or needing to be replaced. This means it grows with your child, no need for new products every season. 

    We also love stainless steel because it doesn’t shed tiny particles over time in the way some materials can as they wear down. Choosing durable, stable materials is one small way to reduce everyday waste and be more mindful of what ends up in our environment.

    At the end of its life, stainless steel is fully recyclable, making it a practical choice for families looking to reduce their environmental footprint without compromising on quality or convenience.

    10. Is your packaging eco-friendly?
    All of our packaging is 100% compostable.

    11. How long does shipping take within New Zealand?

    We aim to process your order within 24 hours and have it delivered within 3-5 days. 

    12. What is your return policy?
    As we are a small business, we do not offer returns if you simply change your mind, however if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and would like to change something, we would be more than happy to accommodate if possible. 

    13. Do you offer a warranty?
    All of our products go through a quality control check during production and again before we send them out to our customers. if you happen to receive a product that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us and let us know and we will rectify it.
